    Meet Michael Richter

    Michael Richter has been a real estate professional for 10 years and he knows the Mid-Atlantic region very well. Originally from central Delaware, Michael earned a bachelors degree in marketing from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After college, he worked in pharmaceutical sales for Novartis; but after purchasing his first home in 2000, he soon realized that he would excel in real estate sales.

    First becoming a buyer’s agent for another Realtor, Michael studied the industry and learned the ins and outs of becoming a great Realtor. Dedicated to understanding the needs of his clients for both their personal residences and their investment properties, Michael has also spent the last ten years developing extensive networking contacts and learning how to integrate technology into the art of the home buying and selling business.
