“If you ever hear Michael Richter use the nickname, "Magic Mike," I was the person who had given it to him! The man performs miracles!
Well what can I say about Mike Richter?! There aren't enough words to describe what an outstanding person and Real Estate professional he is! It is a shame that I could only choose THREE attributes to describe him...he deserves ALL SEVEN! I have to tell you that my husband and I had hired Mike twice to sell a very difficult property to move. Both times, he had buyers ready to go to agreement within record time. Unfortunately, the first time we had to let go of the deal. But, the second time, he had multiple agreements on the table within a matter of weeks. No one else could do that for us! He sold our home, and ironically, it was one of his buyers who had bought it! The great thing about Mike is that you just can't help but like and trust him!
